Information you provide.
When you submit a form, the site may collect your name, contact details, property address, message, consent choice and basic attribution information such as the page and campaign that led to the request.
DonWong.ca collects only the information needed to operate the site, respond to inquiries, measure performance and meet legal obligations.

When you submit a form, the site may collect your name, contact details, property address, message, consent choice and basic attribution information such as the page and campaign that led to the request.
Inquiry information is saved securely and sent only to configured business systems used to respond, track follow-up and operate the real estate practice. It is not sold as a mailing list.
When measurement is enabled, the site records the pages and sections used, approximate visit times, referral and campaign information, a masked network address, and practical device details such as browser, operating system and screen size. Exact IP addresses are not retained in the analytics dashboard. A salted network hash may be used for abuse prevention and anonymous counting. Admin and editor activity is kept outside public conversion reporting.
Measurement identifiers are pseudonymous and may be associated with an inquiry you submit. Analytics records are retained only as long as needed to understand site performance and protect the service.
Measurement and advertising tools are on by default under implied consent, unless you opt out or your browser sends Global Privacy Control. The tools are Microsoft Advertising (UET), the Meta Pixel, and the Google tag, including Google Analytics when a measurement ID is configured. AdRoll and first-party site analytics may also run when those switches are on. They can record pages you view, listing views, campaign information and a successful inquiry. They do not receive mortgage-calculator inputs or the text of your form message.
Opt out on any public page by choosing Essential only in the privacy notice. You can also turn on your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal. Either choice blocks these tools, including tags that have already loaded, and is remembered in this browser. Closing the notice does not opt you out. The privacy notice links to this policy.
Visitors whose network address is identified as Quebec are asked before these tools run. An approximate country and province are determined locally from your network address using the DB-IP database. This lookup does not send your address to DB-IP and does not establish your exact location. If the location cannot be read, the tools follow the implied-consent default. You can always choose Essential only.
Google, Meta, Microsoft and AdRoll may process information outside Canada. Opting out stops further optional tracking on this site and clears accessible measurement identifiers in this browser. It does not erase records those companies already hold. Forms and searches remain available. Contact Don for questions or deletion requests.
