This website, including its pages, forms, calculators, guides, listing information, and other content (the “Site”), is operated by Don Wong Real Estate (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

You may use the Site only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You must not interfere with the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape or copy the Site through automated means where prohibited by law, or use the Site in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

2. Real estate information and calculators

Information on the Site is provided for general information only. Home-value ranges, commission comparisons, selling-cost estimates, mortgage calculations, market commentary, and listing data are estimates or illustrations and are not a guarantee of value, sale price, savings, financing, or results.

Real estate commissions are negotiable, GST may apply, and buyer-agent compensation is separate and negotiable. Listing information may be supplied by third parties and is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed to be complete, current, or accurate. Any real estate services and commission terms will be set out in a separate written agreement.

3. SMS messaging terms

If you expressly opt in through a form or another clear consent process, Don Wong Real Estate may send text messages to the mobile number you provide. Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, requested property or market information, follow-up, and customer support communications.

• Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying or selling real estate services.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your requests, appointments, and interactions with us.
• Charges: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
• Stop messages: Reply STOP to a message at any time to unsubscribe. We may send one final message confirming your request.
• Help: Reply HELP, email don@donwong.ca, or call 403-903-2888.
• Delivery: Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability may vary by carrier and device.
• Age: You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to opt in.

We handle commercial electronic messages in accordance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation and other applicable Canadian laws. Where required, our messages identify the sender, provide contact information, and include a working unsubscribe method.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its original text, graphics, photographs, videos, design, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Don Wong Real Estate and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Don Wong Real Estate and its affiliates, representatives, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
